I get it. With the way the web is moving these days, websites moving away from being just that and being more responsive and interactive in terms of web apps, a browser like this is great. Opening just one web app at a time is basically how one uses their mobile device, and this reduces clutter and performance issues that happen with other modern browsers. Looking forward to the Windows 10...
