Does blowing into a wind instrument sharpen you're thinking?
Absolutely yes! And the best part, is you don't even have to be great at it to benefit. I have played a wind instrument-the clarinet- for almost 40 years and when I am trying to problem solve I pick up the clarinet and play for 15 minutes because it acts as a catalyst for a flood of new ideas and solutions I had not thought of before....
