As a deaf community manager, I get to hear directly from our users every day. As some users said, “I’m not deaf, but the little boy I babysit is and he loves this. Thank you for making music inclusive.”That really stuck with me❤️ and we took that to heart: implifying the interface, refining the haptic styles, and continuing to think carefully about how every user, with or without hearing, can...

For me, ideas usually come from my life. I am in the habit of observing my own needs as well as the needs of those around me. Requirements imply application scenarios. When I find some requirements, the first thing I do is to look for existing tools and try to dig out the pain points with the scenarios before finally generating an idea about the product.

I am not a native English speaker, and I continually maintain the habit of speaking English due to the demands of my job.The scenarios in which I use English will involve English paperwork, business English speaking.I often substitute the grammar of my native language in the speaking scenarios. Most of the time people can understand me clearly, but I think my expressions are often long and...

I want to mention @Intercom . It was the first automated customer experience tool I came across.Instead of changing the way I work, it changed the way I think. Starting with intercom, I learned to think about how to optimize and improve efficiency of the user experience path. How to make users get effective information in the shortest possible link and convert as soon as possible.
Which product or tool changed the way you work?

For social media, I agree to just use AI for grammar correction. Using AI to add comments to other people's posts is just incomprehensible, I thought this function could be done using emoji. How are we supposed to build meaningful social relationships with others if we don't even read what they post?
Are AI comments a (good) future for social media?

For a commercial app, profitability is certainly a key indicator of its success, as commercialization is one of its goals. However, for a non-profit app, profitability is not necessarily a crucial metric. Non-profit apps often aim to spread value and are likely free. Since they do not pursue commercialization, profitability is not a measure of their success.
Is making money the only measure of an app’s success?

I have an idea, I want to name it as Pets Dairy. It's not because of the annoying problem in my life, this idea just jumped out because today is the day I lost my little cat for an entire year.Perhaps there is a professional pet camera that records the activities of the kitten every day, and then the AI in the app analyzes the video to write the kitten's diary in the first person. This may be a...

1. I think this will attract more users, referring to users who only use the product rather than any maker.
Because now people really like to obtain information through short videos.
2. Products that can clearly explain their advantages and values in a 15-second video will stand out.

I agree.
At the same time, I think it is necessary to count the number of similar problems reported by users.
When a problem contradicts my development vision but receives a large number of user feedback, I need to reflect on whether my product planning was unreasonable from the beginning. Although the probability of this extreme situation is very low, it is still possible.
