Hi ProductHunt! At Taloflow, we depend on AWS, and so do many of our customers. If AWS is down, we've got to know! Unfortunately, the official status site is a bit vague on details, and popular downtime detectors are just not suited for this purpose. With @austin_pena and @anu_joy leading the charge, we set up "Is AWS Down?" as soon as we could to provide timely and more granular insights...

The folks at TillyPay are really receptive to feedback and make speedy improvements. When we were testing out different pricing schemes with different customers for our SaaS, TillyPay was indispensable.

We started using Papercups a few days ago at Taloflow. It's really easy to set up and doesn't seem to kill site loading times like other chat apps do (Drift, Intercom, etc.).
