Thanks for sharing this, Reid! One approach that’s worked well for early-stage health apps is partnering with niche influencers or micro-communities in the wellness or chronic illness space, people who already have trust and engagement with your ideal users. You might also explore creating helpful content around therapeutic diets (e.g., blogs, YouTube shorts, or TikToks) that subtly feature...

Really insightful take on the “stealth vs. launch early” debate. I agree that launching is a form of learning, feedback loops are everything at the early stage. Also love the reminder that competition is often overhyped; execution matters more than secrecy. Curious to hear more stories from others who chose to stay in stealth longer. what drove that decision?

This is a fascinating breakdown, thanks for sharing the STARE framework. It's intriguing to see how structured prompting strategies can lead to such high-performing AI agents. I’m especially curious how these principles might evolve as agents become more autonomous and adaptive. Definitely bookmarking the article for a deep dive.

Great initiative, tackling churn early is key to long-term SaaS sustainability. One approach that’s worked well for us is offering a “pause” option and a quick exit survey. This gives us actionable feedback and sometimes even results in reactivations. Curious to see how your tool will streamline this process.

This looks incredibly promising. If the Aiden coffee brewer is any indication, I’m confident this new espresso series will deliver both on design and performance. Looking forward to seeing how it competes in the high-end espresso market.

That’s actually a brilliant idea. A short video feed could bring more visibility to underrated products that didn’t make it to the top but still offer great value. It would also make browsing on Product Hunt more dynamic and engaging, kind of like discovering hidden gems. I’d love to see a prototype of this in action☺
Would it be a good idea for Product Hunt to have a 'TikTok' feature?

This is a refreshing take. It's true that while customer feedback is valuable, it shouldn't always dictate the product direction. I appreciate the emphasis on staying aligned with a long-term vision rather than reacting to every demand. Building opinionated software with a clear focus can be a competitive advantage, not a weakness. Thanks for sharing these hard-earned lessons, definitely some...
