    Our cuisine at Bindia is large and shaped by North Indian traditions from the Punjab region, where Bindia's founder and the head chef himself grew up. Punjabi cuisine is typically based on lamb and chicken curries (such as Lamb Korma and the well-known Butter Chicken) with bread as a side dish.
