Sendboard is a great compliment for a "helpdesk" style workflow with Trello. It adds the tools and use cases that Trello misses. With Sendboard, you don't have to subscribe to another helpdesk tool -- you can use Trello and keep all your workflows in a single tool. And @mark_fowles is an amazing help if you have any questions.
