What do you use for product analytics?
I'm trying to build off-the-shelf customer life time value and churn prediction models where you connect your analytics data to predict which customers are about to churn and which ones are high value customers. I was wondering what analytics tool everyone here uses so I can build the integrations for those first

I love tools like Portify. I have wasted so much time building yet another crud app with Django, React, etc. when something like this would have saved me all that time.
I started using Retool last week for our internal admin dashboards and this looks like the perfect complementary product to use alongside retool

What do you use to create internal tooling?
I'm trying to create a simple dashboard for viewing a list of users in trial, users about to churn, users on the old versions, etc. and then having a few action buttons next to each list that by clicking on them i can execute some custom code.
Are there any products out there that can do this so i don't have to use Django? I tried Retool but it was a bit clunky IMO

Mine is making sure I never skip gym because if I can establish that discipline, everything else in my day also falls into place. Knowing I have to be in the gym every other night from 10 to 11:30, gets me to get my chores done quickly and not waste time on reddit/netfix

I'm working on a modern Excel with python scripting and machine learning directly built-in. This week most of my focus is on attending local meetups to get feedback and also fixing bug reports from last week
Makers, what are you working on this week? (w/c August 26)

You'd have to find a community of people that have the problem you are solving. For me personally meetups and in-person meetings have worked much better than any online platform for finding early adopters. Mainly because the early versions of most stuff I worked on couldn't succeed by just being put in the wild and needed constant feedback from people that it was a solving a problem for

Hello Product Hunt 👋
Francois, Cam, and I worked on a few projects together in the past and every time we ended up wasting a whole bunch of time re-building the same infrastructure we had built for previous projects to be able to put our ML models in production. What Terrene does is it abstracts away a lot of the time consuming parts of getting ML into production and allows you to focus on the...

I really really like the map view. I follow soccer and with ground I can zoom in on Manchester, Munich, Madrid, Barcelona, etc. to follow different matches and see what is happening
Pros: Great balance between local and global news, very well designed and polished interface, the map view
Cons: none so far

Someone should do this for Reddit and hacker news too. It would be cool if it looked like Sublime Text and different tabs where Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, etc.

The app is pre-installed with iOS 10 but you have the option to delete it. One thing I noticed is how third-party apps depend on the default apps to work, for example I deleted the default calendar app, then Fantastical and Reminders stopped working because they required the default calendar app.

ShockLock is the strongest solution for failed gas struts. It is a heavy duty tool to help hold up hatches like hoods and trunks, providing a safe working environment for technicians and vehicle owners. Intuitively designed, ShockLock reduces vehicle damage liability, while optimizing engine workspace.
