What's your #1 productivity hack?
Mine, is this one "Picking the right thing to work on is the most important element of productivity and usually almost ignored." from Sam Altman. I take the time each day to prioritize my tasks, meetings, etc.
What if the website's homepage answered basic questions instead of focusing on product features?
Previously, our website's homepage consisted of descriptions of our product features, such as tables, forms, and kanban. However, during client demo meetings, I received repetitive questions like "With so many products available, how should we choose?" or "What makes your solution different from others?" Moreover, we've noticed that clients who buy and pay for our product are often aware of other solutions and still choose us in a few cases. Although some of my friends advised against mentioning competitors on our homepage, we still want to give it a try and evaluate its impact on our conversion rate. Here are the links to our new and old homepages: New: https://ozma.io Old: https://ozma.io/features/
Introducing an Examples Section to Simplify Pricing - Let Us Know Your Thoughts!
We've been getting loads of questions about our pricing on the website. We tried to make our prices and plans as simple as possible, but since ozma.io is corporate software, there are still quite a few options. So, we thought it'd be a good idea to add an examples section to the pricing page (check out the screenshot). We hope it makes things clearer for all our website visitors. Let us know what you think!
