Curious to hear some thoughts because I've personally seen engineering teams being ran based on LOCs, hours, Number Of Commits/PRs and thought that it was a very unfair, "gameable" system that made engineers and the team unhappy. We are launching a tool on Product Hunt (Check my products and do support us!) that measures with context, the effort taken for the code-change itself (end-to-end development). We believe there's no one single current measure and everything has to be taken in account. Love to hear your thoughts regarding this as we get some feedback!
