My dissatisfaction is mainly for two reasons:
- It is 5 months(!!!) since IDO and still no mobile friendly app available, seriously 😳!!!
- Platform use is not intuitive at all due to rather convoluted design, tip here would be KISS (Keep it simple, stupid)!
Hope to see some quick improvements.
