That decline is a generational problem. Thank you, cheap dopamine form social media, now we can't focus on anything that takes longer that 30 seconds to watch
Have you noticed a decline in your ability to concentrate or focus on tasks?

Good Question!
Nobody is always motivated. It's a myth created by social media. Everyone has a sinusoid of productivity, and it's perfectly okay.
But it's possible to prolong your productive periods. Here's my take:
1. Take breaks
It's extremely important not to forget to take breaks, during the workday and as a whole. Don't neglect PTO, sickdays or weekends.
2. Break our the workload....
๐ How do you stay motivated during long workdays? Any tips or hacks? ๐ก

All content has a purpose. And the purpose is to convert (unless you're an influencer, then the content's purpose is to engage). If you're creating content to generate leads, then independently of the framework you're using (whether it's building in public, educational content, entertaining content or whatever) it needs to follow TOFU-MOFU-BOFU structure.
Does building in public work on LinkedIn?

What are the main ChatGPT giveaways?
I'm dealing with a lot of content writers and edit a lot of copy. To me it's obvious when ChatGPT was involved in content creation, and when it wasn't.
I'd love to put together a list of things that give away the writers who employ ChatGPT, but I can't really pin it to concrete bullet points. So, I'd love your input!
How do you understand that content was ChatGPT-generated?

I want to say neither... Both actions you mentioned are directed to retention, not customer acquisition. If you want to attract customers through features, they have to be more than just updates, but actual NEW functionality that was requested by your leads before.
Basically, if you didn't get the client because you couldn't provide a feature they needed - then there's a chance to attract new...
Which is more important for attracting clients: quality support or regular feature updates? ๐

We at Approveit love exploring the market on research calls with potential customers, and they often point at competitors of ours they used in the past, or looked at while shopping around.
Then we look into the website, specifically the web archive of our competition (to see how the product pivoted over time), we try to access the product itself to determine the key features and assess the...

Could you please elaborate? What exactly is your question? How do I handle it emotionally, or how do I manage it business-wise?
If we're talking business, user feedback needs to be recorded and cataloged to further serve to find patterns in it. If the same feedback repeats itself frequently, it means there's an objective issue that you may want to fix.
User support - in case it becomes...

Hi, Ksenia! I've had a positive experience with finding a hunter for my product - Approveit - and I'm happy to share.
First, you'd need to do a bit of research and see who's the best fit for your product.
Have they launched similar products in the past?
Did those products get traction?
Does the hunter have enough followers?
If yes, are they active in the community?
If you're satisfied...
What has your experience been like searching for a hunter?

Are there any CFOs among us? Need advice
We're now introducing a new feature in Approveit (https://approveit.today/) - cost centers.
it allows you to allocate budgets for each department or project, and follow the amount you're spending on it.
The question:
Should we subtract the paid amount from the budget that covers the factual payment date, or should we subtract the paid amount from the budget it was supposed to be paid from...
