It would be interesting to add some segmentation here - is there a difference between B2C / B2B? I am in prelaunch with my product so non-existing atm. But will start to work on a social media strategy relatively soon. And, I run a B2B company:)

I have a really good process - Find the top priority problem. How do you do it? You start with an idea of a problem for a specific type of customer/segment. Use hairdressers as an exempel and that you think they have a problem with say booking system for the customer. Hey! We have a Google sheet which works pretty well. Just a simple list with which SaaS-services, number of users or accounts and monthly price. It doesn't need to be more fancy than that.

When you understand that it doesnt matter if you fail and that life is long. You will be able to do great things! Ability to change! In these days, with all the uncertainty you will have to master the process of experimenting fast and allowing your self to change your direction based on those experiments. Therefore you will have to let go of the bad (which you might feel is good) and focus on what is good (which you might feel is bad). Do not be afraid of change!

It is a must! We are building a startup and without understanding of our differences and how we can boost each other it is impossible
