I think, that the ability to send updates directly to people who follow you and your product would be nice. Of course, with some anti-spam measures in place. For now, it seems like there isn't many opportunities to interact with them. Or maybe I'm missing something?

I think that the main issue is the meaningless growth for a sake of growth and corporations focusing only on shareholder value and not the value for society, so maybe we shouldn't oppose growth seen as a progress, but have a reality check on the current state of capitalism. I don't think socialism/communism oposes growth, as it has a more technocratic tendencies. It just have a different model...

Is it for US based companies only, or businesses from other countries could also use it to hire workers abroad? If I understand correctly, you also ensure legal compliance in the worker's country of residence, like handling taxes and social insurance? In Poland those are an employers obligations, and company registered abroad have to either deal with our tax and insurance institutions...

I would say it depends on the form of incorporation. If you are registered as a sole proprietorship, then singular 'I' feels more natural, but if it is a company, as a separte legal entity (LLC, Corp. or other), then there is no longer just 'you', but also this legally distinct structure, so I think you can refer to both as 'we'. Bonus points, if you get some help from others, for example...

From the design perspective, thay should take into account the whole lifecycle of the product, prioritizing durability, ease of repair, and reduce waste and material use in the production. Materials preferably should be sourced loccaly and responsibly, as sustainability is not only an environmental issue, but also have an important social component.

I haven't seen mine for a while (probably a bug), but honestly, I prefer it that way.

We've got a grant from the incubation program for social impact entrepreneurs (Social Tides). It allowed us to formally incorporate and team up with a developer to make an MVP of our web application. One of the main benefits of grants is that they don't dilute your ownership, but at the same time, they can have quite strict requirements for eligibility and reporting.

It looks very interesting. I'm curious, how do you manage privacy when tracking data? Does the recipient of the deck have to accept data collection beforehand?

I have an impression, that in most cases putting AI into the product is just redundant, as just plain old-fashioned algorithm would be enough. It also can take out a lot of authentic, human experience from using the product.
