What does this app has over reddit ?

Having used Ghostery 7, I do have to admit that it was a great experience: raises awareness (by displaying how many trackers are blocked), obviously does its job correctly (block ads) and doesn’t get in the way (except for a few cases) but when DDG announced their extension I immediately switched to it (since I’m a DDG user).
