I ordered a Burrow couch, and it was short 5 thumbscrews, which are necessary to put the legs on (and use) the couch. I contacted Burrow on Saturday (10/20). They told me they could not expedite the shipping for the five thumbscrews. I received the package today (10/26), and it contains only 1 thumbscrew.
