What are your targets? If you're a SaaS, registering on software comparison platforms can bring in some prospects. If you're looking for something like Product Hunt, we launched on Uneed.best. It’s much smaller, but it’s a good way to test your process before going for PH.

If I compare the time spent (strategy and operational part), email is clearly the most profitable. Especially since I have a fine-tuned segmentation strategy. My subscribers only receive what interests them.

I prefer to manage in-house as we have a niche target and most agencies are either asking for crazy amount to run our accounts or don't really know how to address the prospects.

Yes, but be careful with the text of your anchor and what page your link targets. Basically, if you're a food startup and you've got a screw design company linking to your page on their own website, it's not great. But if it's a restaurant, you've got a lot more power. I'd go with use case. I know it's not a channel. But Use cases are a content that can be great : - for your SEO - as a social proof - declined on any channels (Instagram, Youtube, article, podcast...) - generated longer trafic on your website - show your expertise It's definitely my favourite content for business marketing.

Email marketing is really useful to gather a community of contacts that are sensible to your topics and even convert. With a good segmentation and a good automation marketing tool, you can do great.

Videos! But depending on the topic, it could be a webinar (to learn how to use a new software for example) or a youtube video (How to change the chainrings on my bike).

We the power of Product Hunt, I feel it's interesting to launch when you have a very interesting new feature. The feedbacks of the community are priceless.

We had the exact same strategy for our product (Sweego), but on Uneed.best. We reached 1st too but the true advantage was to understand the amount of work and time we needed to launch during D-D. I think it's really good to check if you're ready.

As part of a marketing team, we always challenge ourself to have actions aligned to our values. Well, I think it's such a simple way for us to upgrade our email campaigns. It's a shame providers don't integrate the feature yet !
