Hey PH community Excited to share my first launch here OpenRound is live today. Built for founders navigating VC rails, an investor relations platform to spend less time maintaining spreadsheets and more time executing. Also added a database of 5,500 investors as well as a term sheet modelling tool so you can see how terms are impacting you and your founding teams.
