Used the card in Sri Lanka and Maldives as a test. Worked perfectly and used the same exchange rate that Google offered. No fees.

Signed up and set up several sites. Was not able to add a local phone number, which are always 8 digits excluding country code. The form just did not accept it. Notified the support and did not get any response in 2 weeks. Cancelled the service. Looks nice, but without being able to enter the phone number it's pretty much useless...
