It keeps badgering me about a price reduction on a product I already returned to Amazon. How do I tell it to ignore that purchase?

I made a less good version of this 6 years ago. We couldn't get product/market fit, never found a pool of customers interested in single-question surveys. Most people we talked to insisted they needed to ask multiple questions for segmenting, and that low response rates weren't a problem as long as they get enough responses.
