Can't wait for this to be available globally. Using Audible has been a soul crushing experience for me! Hope this one keeps the slick Spotify UI/UX :)

Has to be GoodNotes. I use it on my iPad. I also have an Apple Pencil and I just love the combo.
You can import PDFs and write over them and cool stuff like that. I also use it to make flashcards.
The developers behind it did a great job!

I think your second question is more important than the first. Treating the cause is better on the long run than treating the symptom i.e. the act of procrastinating.
For me, the source is almost always having to do something too big or too abstract or uncomfortable.
If the thing is too big - I will split it in multiple tasks and start somewhere. Usually, if I start with the harder things...

How do you handle long term goals?
I'm not great with long term goals. I can easily manage tasks that take 1-2 weeks because I can see the proverbial finish line e.g. researching a topic, implementing a new feature, reading a book and the likes. But I struggle with longer term commitments.
I'm curious to see how other people deal with long term goals ranging from personal to professional oriented goals and what long term means...

Depends on the content.
When I want to learn something for the long run, nothing beats reading + taking notes for me. Notes are written by hand - not typed - either on paper or on my iPad.
When I want to quick dive into something, then video tutorials are my go-to.
I also listen to a lot of stuff, podcast or audiobooks when working out, doing chores, running etc. This is reserved for books...

We used Trello a lot for planning work and keeping a tab on all the things we had to do. It use to have a more freemium feel to it before the Atlassian acquisition.
I still use Trello a lot for my personal projects and even for creative work. Trello is JIRA if it were actually designed for human beings.

I have a Trello board that I use as an idea "dump".
Whether it's related to some photos I want to take, some app I'd like to build or some topic I'd like to research, I just add them there. I add some labels for sorting purposes and some rough notes.
This helps me because:
1. If it's something good, I'll keep thinking about it and I'll definitely revisit it, add some more thoughts until I...

Currently, my favourite non-fiction book is Can't Hurt Me by David Goggings. I've listened to the audiobook just because it has extra bits of dialogue between the narrator and David.
It's a fascinating book about grit, perseverance and pain. What I like the most is that David is a real human and lives by his preachings. It's definitely not for everyone but it's a good reminder that whenever...

This looks great! I've been exploring this topic recently and finding a good flashcards app was the next thing on my list.
Just a small note - I tried logging in with Facebook and it seems you have to make some changes in the dev console to whitelist some URLs.
Good luck!
