For my first start up, we launched at 10pm scrambling to get it launched after working crazy hours. There were issues due to capacity and we had to keep the team in the office until 3am in the morning. Not good times!!!

100% depends upon the complaint, but good advice from Edward G - I go the extra mile whenever there is an issue or complaint. I deep dive the customers issue and try to resolve it for them in an efficient manner, making sure they are updated along the way to know that I am doing everything I can. There is nothing worse than making a complaint and then being ignored, it just angers people....

Ideally, you launch before them, build traction, create a moat around your business so the barriers to entry are high and then ensure your product is better than anyone else's

At the start of my last start up, I was a morning person and a night owl! I used to work from circa 8am until midnight pretty much 7 days a week! This is my 2nd start up now after successfully exiting my last company. Now my working days are more like 10am start to 8pm finish

Also, ensure you take breaks from your pc. Even a 10 minute walk outside can freshen things up. I really like going to the gym mid-day as it gives me an endorphin rush and loads of energy for the afternoon

Also, ensuring cashflow is there to support the business in it's early stages

Tough question, I sold my business 2 years ago for $19 million, I spent a year travelling and ended up int he canary islands in Spain. I bought a villa and moved but after 6 months I got itchy feet and missed work. Hence why I am on here with a new start up plannned!
