Since this product is seemingly aimed at people with limited technical knowledge it might be too challenging to go into details, but for the rest, you might want to add an FAQ that explains what pre-conditions you require. Does the process work on a shared server? Do you have to have a certain level of server access? cPanel? SSH? Does it work with all hosting providers? Etc.
