I signed up with Squadhelp on 6/20/20, within 72 hours of starting the naming contest, I expressed great concern with the extremely poor quality of submissions and creatives not reading the brief. Squadhelp proceeded to freeze/cancel my account. It is 11/11/20 and my account is STILL canceled. I paid Squadhelp $399 and they did not provide the services promised and will not issues a refund....
