Oh very cool! This goes along side one of my favorite tools- a simple question at the beginning of meetings “are you in or out”- meaning, are you present, engaged, ready to chat about the topics presented or are you distracted, concerned about family, etc.
But this helps with remote teams on a day to day basis. Verrrry cool. Helps monitor mental health and manage expectations of the team. Love...
