Very happy to see Spiky launching today! I've been using Spiky for over a year and it is a necessary tool for any sales team. My personal favorite use is going back into previous calls to evaluate how attentive I was, how fast I was speaking, and gauge how the person on the other end was responding to my overall energy. This is an amazing tool with a cracked team!
