Signing up right now. I still haven't found a Retros tool that "clicked" with my team. I like your emphasis on the "action" part of things and the integrations with 3rd parties. Will let you know how it goes.

I tried that out and it worked great overall! Gonna send some ideas and feedback to you as I play with it a bit further.
