On the one hand, I’ve never really liked what most teams do with “research.” It was so hard to tell in a fast growing startup if aggregate insights being presented were just people validating their own ideas to feel smart. What the heck happened between the calls and the takeaway or read out? Not to mention the insanely long time it takes everyone that nobody has time for these days. But...

However, I cannot believe that I was editing every proposal in Google Docs, then uploading to RightSignature to send to clients prior to joining. PandaDoc saved my team tons of time with building proposals in their document creator and sending for signatures. Loved it so much I ended up working there :)
