I always try to listen to what my body is trying to tell me. If I'm feeling super tired I prioritize stopping for a few minutes before it becomes something more serious.

Be true to your brand´s identity but also try to be natural, people often reject content that looks too formal, they want to see faces and people connecting with them in a more relaxed way.

I try to listen to my favourite playlist or a good podcast on my way to work, and once I'm there I prepare my schedule for the whole week so I can have a clear look at the things I have to do.
