Hi Christian, Thanks for the kind offer, couple of questions from me: (1) If someone is looking into getting into automation and specifically offering it as a productised service. Where would you recommend they start in terms of with their learning? And (2) Do you have any tips on how this service could be productised?

In all honesty I feel like it could be doing better (Productivity wise) but I leave my job tomorrow to freelance full time, so hopefully I'll be able to make up for lost time

About to leave my business analyst job - A 12 month contract they were happy to extend - So I can go back into consulting/fulltime freelancing- Did it years ago, but never fully made the most of it/did it properly. Whereas this time round I'm hoping to provide a service, plus build/sell digital products and potentially teach an online course as well at some point.

Juat popping here to say I read one of your Playbooks the other day and found it very insightful, so thanks for creating/sharing!

Agree with defining tasks and keeping them small. Having deadlines also helps even if they're just ones set by me. Batching tags and theming days also helps.
