I like your "Special Campaign", but I feel like it is a bit hard to be motivated to do this without knowing/loving the product first. Having a sense of urgency, and a finite amount of slots might be counterintuitive, if you want a person to get familiar with the product first.
That being said, I could see people just sharing this blindly first, just to get the deal and then decide later if...

I use Skitch, just gave this thing a shot and it seems nice. I like Skitch's fancy arrows. Idk if you might want to make bigger arrows. Usually, when I want to point something out to someone, I want it to be really explicit. I really like this design over skitch (like how you edit it without going to another window). Also, the thing that annoys me are the number of steps with Skitch - having to...

This is awesome! It reminds my of the elevators in one world trade center, NYC. Who is your target customer right now? Hotels?
I could see you also using this as a digital "pin" board. Letting a hotel inform customers about events and such. You could do a lot with it. What are some future features you are planning?

You are charging both sides of the market place? (developers/companies) Usually market places only charge one side, and in this case, that side would be the employer. I'm also haven't yet encountered a (remote) jobs site that charges the developer. By charging, you lower the amount of applicants each employer receives and slow down potential growth of the site, imo.
If you could shed some...
