AMA w/ James Evans (Command AI) -- What it's like to be acquired
Command AI was acquired by Amplitude in October 2024. We just re-launched one of our products as an Amplitude product (Guides and Surveys).

A few months ago we launched help center integrations in CommandBar. Our goal was to make it easy to bring help content in-app, because we saw that engagement rates with help articles -- even really good help articles! -- was pretty consistently low in our customers' apps.
So we shipped integrations with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, ReadMe, etc so that help docs could show up in our command...
