I had a small illustration made and it was spot on. I have also used ManyPixels for other design work. ManyPixels works best when you describe exactly what you want before they get started. I was also very happy with their revisions based on feedback I gave them.
Pros: Good service, even better design.
Cons: I wish there was a live chat to talk to their team, I spoke with them and it seems...
