I recently had some difficulty with a confirmation email to withdraw from my #FTXbankruptcy account. The email went missing as it crossed the Pacific into Australia. The problem was with email servers not BlockFi. I raised a ticket and got a response almost immediately. I spoke to the help line and everyone was most helpful.
