It varies a lot of your use case and product but as many people have said, Canva is a pretty good and easy-to-use tool for this kind of video. Has anyone tried Youtube? We have got pretty good results with it since I feel the crowd out there is not yet too saturated.
Obviously, LinkedIn is kind of a safe bet but I would highly suggest you to try out something on Youtube also.

Would love to hear that too.
So far I have mostly used Fiverr which has been pretty good, but if there is one who someone could recommend who is really great on motion graphics/app explainer videos would love to hear the recommendations.
I also know that many people are using some premade tools Renderforest.

My best advice is to be open about it (like you did with this post) and try to engage with your potential customers as much as you can before the launch.
