Here are few notes to the guy that made it.
I've been using neon for a few hours last day on my MAC and there are few things that I wish were better.
1. To much space is "wasted" when using the split screen option.
---- left side sidebar could be smaller
---- address bar could be smaller
---- right sidebar could be smaller
---- make true full-screen option for the app (look under 3.)

Love the dude. Really love from time to time to go over his Facebook page and consume the hour or two of his videos at the time, really good content - especially regarding the volume that he is producing it.
This podcast is average comparing it to the stuff that he is producing it for him self. But, as always is good to hear him talking.

I just used it for some design reviews that I needed to make.
I like the tool so far, I'll probably give it a fair week of testing. btw. I already use JING for my main project.
Few things that didn't worked for me.
1. face-camera was out of sync with the audio
2. if wish i could turn on face camera right away
3. I needed to buffer the video before playing it
