This release opens up so many possibilities for designers. This app and the other two they just released are pretty much the lamest excuses I’ve seen for gathering machine learning data. Yes, these are un-polished MVPs and I’m sure the Google teams responsible for them are already well on their way to v2. These could even end up being pretty awesome products. Out of the gate though, it’s just so blatantly obvious and almost overly-intentional.
