I live in GoSquared and simply couldn't nor wouldn't want to run my business any other way. Pros: Simple, fast, easy chat functionality, coupled with rich customer data make this product hard to beat. Cons: None, it's the best

If this can solve the curse of video calls, and general mass-sync-real-time-comms (MSRTC?) then this will be my most favourite thing, ever. Looking forward to giving it a test.

We've been using Trevor.io over at Unicorn Hunt for a long while, and we just love what they're are trying to do. Really helpful to share the visual queries so you're not just slinging over CSV's to get the inevitable blowback. Pros: 🙏 Super simple way to interrogate your db Cons: The progress they've made can't be faulted, perhaps better onboarding? 🤷‍♂️
