I like this concept in general, and been thinking to implement it. My main concerns are:
- PSP should have an API to convert prices wherever you display them, otherwise you'll confuse customers
- if your team is in high-income country, the math might become an issue depending on your MRR / service targets. I.e. what % of traffic/users is your team able to service for the price you pay them? At...
Do you offer lower prices in low-income countries? On which measures do you base the reductions?

How do you deal with "vulnerability scan" email spam?
As a solo founder it could be helpful to learn about a new security flaw in your application that you didn't know about.
Only if they were helpful, of course. Often more than not I am getting emails about something that is not an issue. It won't even be an issue if my site had tens of XSS and users using IE 5. But I also don't want to discourage open researches that do exist somewhere.

How do you collect user feedback?
Main goal is to collect user feedback to build roadmap and fix current issues.
I went through ~7 tools until I found Canny which seems pretty cool on free tier. But how would you send traffic towards this tool?

Does redesign count as PH launch?
The other day I saw a project that launched just for a new re-skin done, no new functionality. A website redesign is oftentimes a big task to do, but at what point does it become a launch-worthy?
