Hey Hunters!
Today is World Nature Conservation Day, and there's no better day to present Unwarming.
We're creating an exciting way to contribute to projects and new technologies aimed at reducing and reversing the effects of climate change.
Unwarming is a (gamified) platform for purchasing carbon offsets and supporting the future of Global Unwarming.

Cloning the Stripe platform itself would involve a huge effort by a team of engineers.
What you can do is use Stripe integrations to process everything, and give it your face and branding on the forward facing layer.
On a scale of 1-10, how difficult would it be to create...

Identity verificationβ as in verifying someone's ID/driver's license? If so, what countries?
Where does one have to look to find an easy to use identity verficiation tool?

Point A can't be fixed, no matter what app you develop. It will always have to be shared in some way, shape, or form that is no different from how information is already transmitted.
The reason we've seen publishers get rid of discussion and commenting directly on their content is simpleβ we can't be trusted to have meaningful discourse.

Accessibility is, in fact, a big deal. This is the reason you will never see any actual business or designer pick up on this "trend".
Not being able to easily differentiate buttons, input fields, etc from the rest of the page is terrible for design and cognition.
The style is also claimed to be "what futuristic UI will look like" and that is furthest from the truth.
Futuristic UI will get...

A Hunter can help in the sense that they have some network exposure. When they hunt a product, it sends a notification saying "Person has hunted X".
I wouldn't worry about this as the effects are small. A proper campaign and preparation will see better results.

You are breaking into a highly competitive market.
You need to stand out.
I suggest working on building a Twitter following.
- Post short articles at least once a day that help your potential customers navigate hiring software professionals or gives them ideas on how software can help their company grow.
- Post templates and tips for creating effective work orders
- Use Twitter's search...

Step back from the visual aspects and think about what you would want to know as a potentially interested customer.
- How will this help me?
- How can I use this? / What are others doing with this?
- How much will this cost me?
These three things should be at the forefront, and should trump visual design.
If you can relay this information in a wireframe or simple paragraph, you will be...

Subscriptions aren't like e-commerce where you can multiply cost by a number and call it a day.
Your best pricing structure will depend on the target market and perceived value.
If your product saves the user 20 hours a month, you can charge more than if it only saved them $20 a month.
π How much is your target willing to pay for products with similar features?
π How much time/money does...

I work on a 50/10 principle.
50 minutes work, 10 minutes stand/walk/stretch/yoga/light physical motion/workout.
This has really helped me outside of simple posture (chest forward, chin back), proper monitor height, and holding phone at eye level.
Working at a desk is destroying my posture, any good app to fix that?

I think it's hard to live up to Jobs. From what I've seen, the company isn't what it used to be. (Rising number of issues β ie: keyboards/touch bars β and lack of intensity or out of box concepts)
Wouldn't say it's Cook's fault, though.
Working under Jobs was probably a starry eyed experience; He really kicked off a lot of innovation in tech.
Now, you throw in anyone else (Cook) and the...

First of all, don't be so hard on yourself. It's not a crime, nor bad, to take off a week or two to focus on life.
Maybe divert from your main project and focus on a smaller project/new habit you've been putting off to get back in the groove.
My dog is my life and when she had a bad allergic reaction last month, I couldn't get anything done for a week myself.
I hope you and your pup get well...

Shame on Product Hunt for thinking this is okay.
Pros: Maker's last product.
Cons: Maker knows they shouldn't be doing but still does.

I've stumbled across a lot of reads about identifying individuals based on typing patterns the last few years.
It's a very interesting concept and I love your implementation. Sounds scary to some but I can see mass adoption (mostly transparent, behind-the-scenes) throughout the years.
This is a good alternate or additive authentication factor for not only log ins, but multiple applications....
