Hi everyone, Do you listen to music when you work? If yes, what kind of music do you prefer? - Your favorite music? - Does the music you listen to have lyrics or is it instrumental? - What about during your breaks? The answer to these questions is obviously personal, however, science has gone far enough to be able to give definite answers. So here we go: Best music/sounds to focus/work on: 40hz binaural beats (just search on youtube you will find plenty). Best music to calm you down when in stress - this is a funny story - there is actual ONE single song that has been proven to reduce stress by 60% - has been thoroughly tested to patients before surgery.
