Supergiant manages to meld art, writing, music and gameplay in a really cohesive way that feels unique. It's a little tricky to say what Pyre actually *is* from this trailer, but they've built up enough trust through their previous games that this is a day 1 purchase from me.

I loved this game. It feels "literary" in a way that's really rare in games. If you're looking for something that is totally different than almost anything else you've played, give it a shot.

I'm enjoying this so far, but only because it really is a full-bore clone of Advance Wars. I like the style & humor of the graphics & writing, but even that "feels" a bit like AW.
