Needed a free online watermark maker, found none without paywalls. So, built this in 3 days with ChatGPT, logo included! We're probably up against self-replicating robot bunnies but come on, this is your chance to take a simpler, AI-free product to the top!

Hey PH! π
No AI here, move along, nothing to see... π«£
JK, come back! We're super excited to introduce Watermark Wiz - a simple & 100% free tool for unlimited watermarking. π
We were frustrated by 'free' tools that weren't actually free, so we rolled up our sleeves (well, ChapGPT's sleeves really) and built this in about 3 days! π οΈ

Hi Hunters! Guy from Tagbox.io hereποΈ
Something is not working with event photos. Event organizers hire a top photographer who costs $1,000+, but what do they do with the photos? They PHOTO-DUMP them on social media, and... that's it. No one is going to through those 100s of photos to find the 3 they're actually in.
So the guests don't get their photos, and event organizers don't get the buzz...

Tagbox helps creative teams manage and organize their visual assets. We use cool AI to analyze images and create a sort of "Google Photos for Business", so that teams can collaborate better, save time, and focus on creating value, not going through folders to find that image from 3 months ago.

My take: we just added a new AI capability to Tagbox.io (launches tomorrow πΊ) with Whisper (by OpenAI).

They say that with generative creative, designers will shift from creation to curation. I guess that's both good and bad.
In a way, you might say that even today, design is a lot of "borrowing" and "using inspiration" for your own needs.
But mostly, I think it will be the same as with developers - tools are being built that make the easy things easier, and developers are doing more and more...
What would you say will be future of design? Or the next big thing?

Haven't used Jetbrains, but to me, Jira and Trello are in completely different categories and do not compete at all.
Trello is awesome for individuals and really small teams that want to run fast, but I haven't heard of any teams over 5 that actually use it for sprint MGMT. It's just missing too many things.
POLL: Trello, Jira, or JetBrains?

We're in a crowded space (media MGMT for creatives), and found that what we can do best is make the software smarter using really awesome AI.
The issue is - AI has become so overused, that no one really buys it anymore. It's almost like saying your product is "easy to use", or that your API requires a "5-minute integration". So the challenge is to make it stand out regardless.
How is your product unique?

Kind of a different story for us. Important lessons below:
We got two HUGE paying customers before we even wrote a single line of code. These were companies where iI knew the managers, and the deal was basically a vote of confidence in us as a team. We built and built until we launched. They loved it and used it all the time.
However, for a very long time, we couldn't get more customers. As...

Really depends on the type of productivity (team/solo, business/pleasure etc), but as it is a productivity tool, by far the most important thing is that it's accessible and easy to use.
I think that because productivity tools are almost always an addition, we won't spend too much time learning them, and if we can't get value quickly, we'll drop out.
Also, they need to be super accessible -...
