If you mean side projects or hobbies, then I don't think jobs kill creativity, but I do think having a demanding will. If you've reached the end of your work day and all you want to do is veg out in front of the tv or take a nap, then that's obviously going to kill your creativity.
If you mean coming up with something innovative in service to your job, then my answer is a hard no. Especially...

Talking to people. I'm in sales, so I've made a living out of being a conversationalist and I can tell you It's amazing how similar people all from all walks of life. I've used the same jokes for hundreds of people, from dozens of countries. Having such a wide exposure to different cultures has solidified in my mind that we are all one people and we are all in this together.

From your descriptions, it sounds like you have a clear preference lol.
Both require the salesperson to be knowledgeable on the customer as well as the product. Though this should be obvious. If you have a good salesperson who listens to their potential customers, then either model can be successful.
I've done both and I like B2B much more. Companies are all about the bottom line. They...

I prefer customer satisfaction. And this is coming from someone who's made a career in sales.
The best outcome isn't a huge deal in Q1 that doesn't fit the customer's needs -- it's understanding your customer enough to make them happy. If that means it's a smaller upfront price, then that's fine, so long as you can get your customer to come back.
50k in Q1, without customer retention, isn't...

Unfortunately, this sounds pretty standard. I moved to the UK from the US and it only took me a month to find a job, but I spent hours every day looking through Indeed, LinkedIn, angel.co, etc. I applied to over 200 jobs -- most of which never got back to me. Also, some did ask if I was still interested 4 months after my initial application, which was still worthless. I hated the whole...

I don't finish them haha.
Seriously though, I'm not a tech guy, so maybe this won't be useful to you. But I break my day down into a tight schedule. (e.g 6am wake up, have coffee; 6:30-7:30 Check emails/media to see whats going on for the day; 7:30-8:30 side projects, etc, etc).
I do well with structure, but the pandemic has made certain things difficult. It's hard to switch off after work,...

I love questions like these, where anyone can answer and it's a bit fun.
I don't listen to anything, but that's mostly because I'm worried I'm going to miss a notification sound or something haha. If I'm less anxious about it, then I'll put on some indie punk or a relaxing playlist from Spotify. If it's a really light day, then I might even put on a show I've been meaning to watch in the...

The first thing I look for is: Do I want this?
The second thing I look for is: Do I want this for that price?
If the answer is no to either question, I don't buy it.

Regular engagement through communication, value for nothing emails/deals, find ways they can be interactive with others/the product, get to know people on a deeper level than their name and budget.
This of course comes after you have a product that people are interested in to begin with, which comes after engaging with your target market and knowing what your product would add to it.

Referrals. Find someone who loves your product and can be your advocate out in the world. Word of mouth is a great tool. Offer discounts and referral fees to get more people interested in telling their friends about your product. Hopefully you'll also have someone who is good at sales to close the deal when they make it to your doorstep, but a referral from a trusted source will get you a good...

I break things down into little goals. The smaller the better so it feels like I'm making progress on the overall goal.
I also make to-do lists for those things so it's a physical representation of my accomplishments. Sometimes it's as small as, "buy new pens, call dad, etc." I
Hope this helps.
