This is better than alternatives because readers can insert line by line comments. It's better for writers because they can discover and measure how users are interacting with their material. (Why do 50% of my beta readers stop at chapter 3?) Pros: Great way for readers to participate in the creative process of storytelling. Cons: A few bugs here and there. Some site navigation could be improved.
