Hiring MBA's for your start-up's c-level positions. Why or Why not?
Is an MBA degree still relevant? If you have an experience in hiring and working with someone with a MBA degree, what have you witnessed that you would otherwise have not seen in a non-MBA degree employee?
Are side projects good or bad when you already own a business?
Some would say that sides are a good way not to put all your eggs in the same basket ; and other that it's represent a risk to defocus... What do you say guys? I'm puzzled, but I would say that it's good for creativity and to discover new markets/products/tech/topics/people...
