After trying out several tools & methods, I found out that breaking tasks into pieces that make sense is what matters. Once you do it, even a piece of paper is up to the task.
Having said that, I like using @'s for people, #'s for projects/clients, and → 's for pointing directions, to increase readability.
I never schedule my daily tasks (I use calendars for already scheduled items such...

Instead of giving up on vacation days (as we have 14 in Turkey), I'd prefer to increase my daily hours and get a 4-day work week in return.
Would you take fewer vacation days in favor of a 4 day week?

Well, they are not new but let me name a few.
- Notion and the DocOps approach behind it excite me, it changed the way we manage our projects, and the way we manage our test cases (we're a dev company). Collaboration within docs is amazing, it's a game-changer. It enables corporate memory which is crucial for async working.
- Tailscale is a mesh VPN, it creates a secure tunnel between...

I can name a few; AirPods, a good monitor (I prefer the Dell UltraSharp series with type C), and of course my Magic Keyboard and trackpad.

I tend to start with smaller tasks. I like to clean up the mess first; checking off a few items in the mornings motivates me.
And given I work with a team (like most of us) I prefer to unblock others if that's the case.
Which one do you prefer to start your day with: shorther tasks or longer tasks?

Be honest! Do you work on the weekends?

I've tried it and found it to be quite helpful. However, after I got used to it, I started thinking that I beat procrastination and stopped using it, except I didn't :) So, yes, it's helpful if you keep using it.
Have you ever tried the Pomodoro technique?

Try Dgraph.
It has a built-in graph database and offers GraphQL endpoints with the ability to do deep filtering. It doesn't have an auth mechanism like Firebase but there are many tutorials to implement Auth0 with it.
You can extend it with custom queries, and mutations and add custom logic via webhooks or built-in FaaS.
You can install it locally or run it on the cloud with a...
