Whats the interaction rate on your newsletter?
I'll start with ours:
We set up a newsletter for IndieBrands that currently sits on about 300 subscribers.
In the last newsletter, we had an open rate of 46,7 % (137) and of those 54% (74) clicked through to Indiebrands.
Slightly outperforming the last one with an OR of 40.4 % (115) and a CTOR of 50.4 % (58).

What are your main traffic sources?
I'm having an issue with Indiebrands. 40-50% of our traffic is coming from Twitter. While it is great to have traffic from Twitter I feel like I have to build my own audience and create other sources of traffic.
I'm currently working a lot on SEO which is already showing some results but it's an exhausting topic. Besides that, we're building our audience with a newsletter that's also helping...

Hey, that sounds super interesting. Love your approach to building a new domain marketplace focused on seller portfolios. Quite different than the approach of Brandpa/Brandbucket etc.
Are the domains that are hosted on your page only sold through domainpage.io or can they be hosted on a different marketplace as well?

A comment about buying a domain upfront we got from an IndieBrands customer Zack ( tw: @wenquai) was: "As soon as I saw float.so listed on Indiebrands, I knew I had to buy it. I didn't even have an idea for Float at the time - I actually wanted to use the domain to build a Webflow ⇒ React conversion tool. It's just great to keep an inventory of company names/domains, even if you don't use them...

Prioritising. So many Ideas, so much that could be done for IndieBrands that I often don't know what I'll do next.
Any tips?

That's something I'm super interested in as well. We're also just starting out with our twitter & I need to learn it as well.
We're currently working on some Ideas for posts, we want to share:
- New logos & domains we have available
- Posting our new Interviews of our SaaS - Dialogue series
- interesting Insights about development & problems we solved (building in public)
-...

I personally love designing and watching beautiful designs. I spend hours crafting logos for my business and I loved it before doing it professionally and I still absolutely love it now.
Getting the shape, color & font just right is such a great feeling!

We already have paying customers on indiebrands.io, but our approach was marketing & value. Create something people actually desire, when you've something you think people find desirable it's marketing, marketing, marketing. We used product hunt for a quite sucessful launch, some posts on twitter, indiehackers & reddit. Getting the product out there was really the key to figure out if...

How to prioritise bigger tasks?
Basically what the title says:
What are the reasonings behind your decisions to prioritise one task over the others?
Are there some cases where you made errors in prioritising? And if so, what are your learnings and what can others take away?

I've seen a lot of makers succed with building in public. Personally it would be uncomfortable for me, but seeing the impact it can have, I definitely think it's worth it. My partner was sharing a lot o his progess etc which definitely helped us a lot on recieving traffic & credibility for indiebrands.
Conclusion: build in public, even if it's uncomfortable
