    Whats the interaction rate on your newsletter?

    I'll start with ours: We set up a newsletter for IndieBrands that currently sits on about 300 subscribers. In the last newsletter, we had an open rate of 46,7 % (137) and of those 54% (74) clicked through to Indiebrands.     What are your main traffic sources?

    I'm having an issue with Indiebrands. 40-50% of our traffic is coming from Twitter. While it is great to have traffic from Twitter I feel like I have to build my own audience and create other sources of traffic. I'm currently working a lot on SEO which is already showing some results but it's an exhausting topic. Besides that, we're building our audience with a newsletter that's also helping...

    How to prioritise bigger tasks?

    Basically what the title says: What are the reasonings behind your decisions to prioritise one task over the others? Are there some cases where you made errors in prioritising? And if so, what are your learnings and what can others take away?
