I realized I was checking the YouTube app on my phone and going to the homepage while working way too much! You can call this an addiction, and rightfully so.
The thing is, I learn a lot from YouTube and most of what I watch are actually educational/informative channels. My issue with this was the efficiency and the effect it had on my productivity.
