About
I started in politics and law before launching HomeYeah.com, helping hundreds sell homes online. After selling it to a private equity firm in 2003, I joined IU Kelley in 2004 to teach venture capital. That course led to a 5-star book, The First-Time Founders Equity Bible, and global trips with students to meet VCs in Asia. Along the way, I co-founded two companies—Charley Biggs (grew to $10M ARR, exited) and Pear (acquired by Custom Ink). I helped start FounderSuite and have backed over 75 startups, with some raising $20M+. Today, I’m making the game of venture universally accessible and winnable.
